On June 8th, Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Hubei Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Ping An Life Insurance Hubei Branch”) held a press conference at Wuhan Theatre, officially launching the “Good Insurance · Add Peace” insurance + service solution and announcing the launch of the company’s 30th-anniversary large-scale customer appreciation activity.
Yang Jian, the Party Secretary and General Manager of Ping An Life Insurance Hubei Branch, delivered a speech at the event. He stated that 2025 marks the 30th year of the company’s service to the Hubei market, having provided one-stop financial and insurance services to nearly 4 million people across the province. The “Add Peace” plan launched this time is a deepened practice of its parent company Ping An of China’s “Three Provinces Project” (saving time, effort, and money) in Hubei Province. It aims to provide customers with full life-cycle protection and diversified services through the “insurance + service” model.
Zhang Xueyu, a product expert from Ping An Life Insurance, gave a keynote speech. He expounded on the industry trends in response to the current widespread concerns in society regarding health management, medical resources, and elderly care services. He pointed out that the value of modern insurance lies not only in claims settlement but also in providing services. The core of the “Add Peace” plan lies in taking insurance protection as the foundation, integrating internal and external resources of Ping An Group, and connecting medical, health, and elderly care services.
Ji Meng, the manager of the Health and Chronic Disease Operation Group of the Health Operation Team of Ping An Life Insurance’s Sales Management Department, delivered a keynote speech. The plan includes six series: “Ping An Qicheng,” “Ping An Tianxiang,” “Ping An Tianxi,” “Ping An Tianying,” “Ping An Tianrui,” and “Ping An Tiannian.” It combines insurance protection with specific health management, elderly care resources, etc., aiming to meet the needs of customers at different life stages.
As part of its 30th-anniversary celebration, Ping An Life Insurance Hubei Branch simultaneously launched a follow-up visit campaign covering tens of millions of users. Senior insurance and health care consultant Tang Jiuhong shared her story of serving clients on the spot.
At the launch ceremony, the company’s management and guests jointly pushed the start button, marking the official launch of the “Add Peace” plan in Hubei and the large-scale follow-up visit activities. From July to September this year, insurance and health care advisors of Ping An Life Insurance Hubei Branch will proactively visit customers in person and offer “four major service packages” including policy organization, rights and interests sorting, on-site policy maintenance, and participation opportunities in rare activities.
Meanwhile, the company will integrate resources around the five major areas that customers care about, namely sports and health, children’s education, cultural life, medical and health care, and elderly care services, to launch an “Education +, Sports +, Culture +, Health +, and Elderly Care +” rights ecosystem, and organize corresponding feedback activities, such as sports and fitness, lectures by famous teachers, and visits to prestigious schools.
As the first event of the 30th-anniversary celebration, a family education lecture was held concurrently with this press conference, inviting Fan Deng, the founder of Fanshu APP and an education expert, to be the keynote speaker. Fan Deng combined theory with practice to explore hot topics such as adolescent education, the stimulation of learning motivation, and parent-child communication.
Ping An Life Insurance Hubei Branch stated that in the future, it will continue to be customer demand-oriented, deepen the “insurance + service” model, and improve the service ecosystem.
