In response to this severe situation, from late March to mid-April 2025, China United Life Insurance took proactive measures and organized its head offices to conduct a significant learning activity, thoroughly studying the recent case notification on anti-insurance fraud work issued by the National Financial Supervision and Administration Commission. This event was like a timely rain, nourishing every employee of China United Life Insurance.
All branches and departments of the head office closely combined their work realities, adopting a combination of collective learning and self-study. Through various online and offline forms, the spring breeze of learning spread to every corner of the company. This event attracted nearly 200 employees to participate enthusiastically, and everyone threw themselves into it wholeheartedly. During the learning process, everyone gained an in-depth understanding of the successful experiences of peer companies in strengthening anti-insurance fraud efforts. These valuable experiences are like beacons, illuminating the way forward for the employees of China United Life Insurance. Everyone expressed that they would base themselves on the company’s actual situation, combine it with their own work, draw lessons from one case to prevent others, continuously enhance their ability to combat insurance fraud, and build a solid wall for risk prevention for the company.
Not only that, but this learning activity also served as an invisible bond, further promoting communication and collaboration among various branches and departments. Everyone has strengthened communication and liaison, achieved information sharing, and formed a powerful working synergy. With this joint force, the power to combat insurance fraud crimes has become stronger, and the company’s level of fraud risk prevention and control has also been significantly improved.
